Axon is a machine learning educational app for personal, non-commercial use. You may not use the app for any unlawful purpose or in any way that violates these terms.
Your use of Axon is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains what information we collect and how we use it. Axon uses third-party services, including a product-analytics service, to operate and improve the app as described in the Privacy Policy.
Axon offers an optional auto-renewable subscription, Axon Pro, which unlocks additional features. Subscriptions are offered on a monthly or annual basis; the current price and any free-trial offer are shown in the app before you purchase and may vary by region.
All content in Axon — including lessons, illustrations, interactive elements, and the Axon name — is owned by us or our licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the app without our written permission.
Axon is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the app will be error-free, uninterrupted, or suitable for any particular purpose. Educational content is provided for informational purposes and may not be complete or current.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of Axon, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
These Terms are between you and Axon only, not with Apple, and Apple is not responsible for the app or its content. Apple has no obligation to provide any maintenance or support for the app. In the event the app fails to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple will refund the purchase price (if any); to the maximum extent permitted by law, Apple has no other warranty obligation. Apple is not responsible for addressing any claims relating to the app, including product-liability, regulatory, or intellectual-property claims. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce them against you.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue Axon at any time without notice. We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
